One solution might be to make it legal to fire anyone who is using a controlled substance and have a public record of those fired. This would go for anyone receiving ANY form of public aid. IF they use they lose. Alcohol Anonymous operates on the principal that the person will change once the price is too great.

Each country has the right to control their borders. Legal immirgation has helped the US grow and expand. Immigration needs to be controlled.

The problem with VP Bidens comments was that he seemed to feel that we the people own them everything and they will give us what they feel is appropriate. They have forgetten that they work for us not us for them.
